The curriculum's most demanding engineering track. Rust is taught here as a tool of runtime engineering, never as a subject in itself.

It covers the full cycle: storage, extrinsics, events, hooks, tests, weight benchmarking, upgrades, migrations, governance, contracts and EVM compatibility.

Client/runtime architecture, chain specification, a local network that finalises.

Quality, weights and evolution

Tests, cost measurement, runtime APIs, upgrades and state migrations.

Opening up and shipping

Own governance, contracts, EVM compatibility, networking, then the complete chain.

Capstone

A complete application-specific blockchain

Deliver a chain answering a real Cameroonian use case: tested business pallets, measured weights, governance in place, documented operations.
